➪ What is the job about?
The Technical Operator is a key contributor to our manufacturing team, specializing in supporting the Line Operator within the SMT line. This role involves operating soldering and assembly machines, managing materials, and providing assistance in engineering processes, ensuring smooth production activities.
➪ What will you do?
- Material Management:
- Efficiently manage and handle materials, ensuring availability and proper usage during production processes.
- Equipment Setup and Maintenance:
- Provide support preparing and setting up machinery for production runs, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
- Soldering Assistance:
- Provide support in various soldering processes, including manual soldering, reballing, selective soldering, rework, and repairs.
- Workplace Safety and Cleanliness:
- Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety standards.
➪ What profile are we looking for?
Mandatory:
- Certificate of Vocational Qualification (Formación Profesional) in electronics or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in understanding and following safety protocols, operating manuals, and procedure guidelines.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office (or similar) and other relevant software applications.
Valuable:
- Experience in electronic circuit card full assembly.
- Knowledge of electrical/electronic troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with electronic components soldering techniques.
- Intermediate written and reading English (technical vocabulary).
- You have a proactive attitude and demonstrate autonomy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills are key to excelling as a Cluer. These define you.
- You are keen on researching state-of-the-art solutions and are able to apply your critical thinking to identify what can be adopted for our needs.
- You have natural organizational skills.
- You have the ability and eagerness to learn.
